Event Date Protocol
Our goal is a seamless shoot with as little stress on the client as possible.... These few simple protocols will help us help you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Unless otherwise stated, The Contractor needs access 1 hour prior to shoot time for shooting prep and set up. If the site is restricted access, the Client must ensure proper access for the Contractor. Delays in this result in delayed shooting and additional fees.
The Client should prep all extras on protocols and instruct them to be ready to act, dressed according to your video.
At no time will crew members participate in Client videos without personal connection to the content. Crew members are not permitted to be extras.
Clients (and associated props, extras, etc.) are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes early to the site, ready to shoot (all costume, makeup, etc. should be handled prior to the set shoot start time). The Contractor needs access earlier but is not responsible for organizing vendors, facility reps, or securing access to the shoot site.
Upon arrival, payment of the balance (minus the deposit paid) is due prior to setup or shooting.
Clients are given a 15 minute late-arrival window. If time exceeds that and the client is not present, the deposit is forfeited and the client must re-book and re-pay to continue the project, no exceptions.
Liability Statement: Each respective party is liable for their own associates' behavior, belongings, and safe transportation. Instruct all extras, crew members, personal guests, etc. of all herein mentioned expectations.
Professional treatment from both parties to both parties is expected at all times. Unprofessional behavior proven too significantly inappropriate to continue, will result in the voiding of this contract and the loss of all paid funds.
Props on site: The Client is responsible for bringing only prop weapons - examined by the crew prior to shooting - licensed weapons, where legally allowed to carry, for prop use are allowed based on the rules of the shoot site and documentation of right to carry, no ammunition is allowed ever. No discharge of weapon, blanks or otherwise is permitted without written permission and all Federal, State, and property laws respected. Liability is on The Client. All items used as Props should be appropriately insured, as applicable, as well as registered to someone onsite (i.e. Cars, jewelry, other valuables). It is recommended that official props be purchased for use in the media production, but the Contractor will use what the Client provides. The Client retains responsibility for all props used, regardless of value. Please secure all your valuables.
Clients will be notified when their allotted time is nearing its end. The scene must be wrapped up or the client can choose to add to their session, additional charges will apply. Said charges, if applicable, are due at time of service unless otherwise stated by Tre Edwards or Liz Randall, exclusively.
The Client is responsible for setup and teardown of their set. The Contractor will set up and remove any equipment or supplies specifically used by their crew members
